Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the event is
cancelled or rescheduled. In all other circumstances, tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket Holder ID: The name on the ticket must match the
ticket holder’s valid photographic ID. Entry will be refused if the details do not match.
Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to
refuse admission at its discretion.
Media Consent: By attending this event, you acknowledge
and agree that you may be photographed and recorded. Photographs and videos may be used for promotional
purposes, including on social media, YouTube and other marketing materials by Sonix House. If you would
prefer not to appear in promotional media, please inform a member of staff on arrival.
